FAQ's, Shipping & Returns
We are happy to offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 to anywhere in Canada. If your order is $99 or greater before taxes and shipping, your package will ship for free! When your order is shipped you will receive an automatic email to the address provided at checkout with your carrier and tracking information. Please note that we don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Statutory Holidays.
Local General Store is not responsible for any packages that are not picked up or are lost or stolen within the shipping process.

- All orders over $99 before taxes and shipping will ship free of charge to anywhere in Canada. Yay!
- A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to all orders unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- All orders require 3 – 5 days of processing time at our warehouse.
- All orders will be shipped via Canada Post.
- Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3 - 8 business days.
- Shipping time does not include processing time.
- Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
* At this time we are unable to process International orders.
Our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience at Local General Store. We accept returns of unopened, unused or unworn products up to 30 days after the order was placed. All items must be in perfect, saleable condition.
Opened or used products or any items listed as non-refundable/final sale or sale products are ineligible for returns. We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:
- Undergarments, for hygienic reasons it is against Canadian laws for a retailer to accept undergarments for exchange or refund.
- Clearance items
- Items removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Sale items
Returns are less shipping and a restocking fee of 20%.
Please be aware that we are not the manufacturers of the products that we sell. If you have a performance and or warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer.

Products must be unopened, unused and returned in the original box and or packaging that they were received in.
The refund will be issued once your return is received, inspected and approved,
For eligible returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
All items returned must be in saleable condition.
We do not offer price adjustments.
